FIMAVYN Refund Policy & 60-Day Guarantee

FIMAVYN offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases, subject to the applicable purchase terms. This policy explains how to request a refund, where returns may need to be sent, and what to know before shipping a product back.

Refund Eligibility

Customers with eligible FIMAVYN orders may request a refund within the applicable 60-day guarantee period. Under the no-questions-asked guarantee, customers are not required to explain their reason for requesting a refund or prove that the product was ineffective.

Steps to Submit a Refund Request

To begin, email support@fitmavyn.com with your order details and request assistance. The support team will explain the next steps and confirm whether a physical return is required.

Please wait for return instructions before mailing any product.

Return Processing Address

If Product Support instructs you to return your purchase, the designated returns facility is:

ShipOffers
19655 East 35th Drive, Suite #100
Aurora, CO 80011
United States

This address is intended for authorized product returns and is not FIMAVYN’s corporate headquarters. Do not send a package there until support confirms the return procedure.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping expenses unless FIMAVYN provides a prepaid shipping label or confirms another arrangement. Follow the instructions supplied by Product Support to help prevent delays.

Checkout & Guarantee Terms

The authorized checkout provider displays the applicable purchase conditions, refund details, and guarantee terms before payment is completed. Review these details when placing your order.
